These are new customers for Caterpillar, and they demand–and deserve–an entirely new customer experience. This project answers their needs with a mobile-first, search-driven design, effortless account building and flexible delivery options. It's built from the ground up to get these customers the parts they need as efficiently as possible, so they can get back to what really matters: the work they do with their Caterpillar equipment.

Caterpillar’s Parts deliberately sets itself apart from parts.cat.com with a clean, consumer-friendly look and feel. And it behaves how it looks: thoughtful account management is baked in to the business logic, on-boarding customers smoothly and building them up to become profitable B2B customers as they grow.
